Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Campaign is open to all Skiply users who make cumulative payments of AED 15,000 or more during the Campaign Period.

1.2 Payments must be made through the specified channels within the Skiply app.

1.3 Each participant will receive one entry, regardless of the number of qualifying payments made; however, multiple qualifying payments will increase the chances of winning.

1.4 At least one winner per registered school on Skiply is guaranteed, subject to eligibility.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign runs from 30 July 2025 to 30 October 2025.

2.2 Only payments made during this period will be eligible.

3. Prize Pool

3.1 The total prize pool is AED 225,000.

3.2 Prizes will be awarded in the form of cashback credited to the winner's designated account.

4. Prize Structure

4.1 A total of 135 winners will be selected as follows:

5 winners × AED 10,000 each

45 winners × AED 2,000 each

85 winners × AED 1,000 each

4.2 25 winners will be selected exclusively from participants who availed Visa Easy Instalment Solution.

4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other rewards.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be chosen via a random draw in November 2025.

5.2 The draw will include all eligible entries.

5.3 RAKBANK's decision is final and binding.

6. Notification & Redemption

6.1 Winners will be contacted via:

(a) Registered email

(b) Registered mobile number

6.2 Winners must confirm acceptance within 10 days.

6.3 Failure to respond will result in forfeiture.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Campaign is subject to UAE laws.

7.2 RAKBANK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time.

7.3 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 RAKBANK is not responsible for:

(a) Technical malfunctions or system errors

(b) Loss, damage, or injury related to participation or prizes

8.2 By participating, entrants release RAKBANK from liability.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal data will be collected and processed for the purpose of administering the Campaign.

9.2 Data will be handled in accordance with RAKBANK's Privacy Policy.

10. Disqualification

10.1 RAKBANK reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

(a) Provide false information

(b) Engage in fraudulent activity

الحملة مفتوحة لجميع مستخدمي سكيبلي الذين يقومون بسداد مدفوعات بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 15,000 درهم إماراتي أو أكثر خلال فترة الحملة. 1.1

يجب أن تتم المدفوعات عبر القنوات المحددة داخل تطبيق سكيبلي. 1.2

يحصل كل مشارك على إدخال واحد في السحب بغض النظر عن عدد المدفوعات المؤهلة، مع العلم أن تعدد المدفوعات المؤهلة يزيد من فرصة الفوز. 1.3

يضمن وجود فائز واحد على الأقل من كل مدرسة مسجلة في سكيبلي، شريطة استيفاء شروط الأهلية. 1.4

فترة الحملة 2.

تبدأ الحملة من 30 يوليو 2025 وتنتهي في 30 أكتوبر 2025. 2.1

المدفوعات التي تتم خلال هذه الفترة فقط ستكون مؤهلة للمشاركة. 2.2

مجموع الجوائز 3.

إجمالي قيمة الجوائز هو 225,000 درهم إماراتي. 3.1

تُمنح الجوائز على شكل استرداد نقدي يودع في الحساب المحدد للفائز. 3.2

هيكل الجوائز 4.

سيتم اختيار 135 فائزاً موزعين كالتالي: 4.1

5 فائزين × 10,000 درهم إماراتي لكل فائز

45 فائزاً × 2,000 درهم إماراتي لكل فائز

85 فائزاً × 1,000 درهم إماراتي لكل فائز

سيتم اختيار 25 فائزاً حصرياً من المشاركين الذين استفادوا من خطة الدفع السهل من فيزا. 4.2

الجوائز غير قابلة للتحويل أو الاستبدال بمكافآت أخرى. 4.3

اختيار الفائزين 5.

سيتم اختيار الفائزين من خلال سحب عشوائي في نوفمبر 2025. 5.1

يشمل السحب جميع المشاركات المؤهلة. 5.2

قرار راك بنك نهائي وملزم. 5.3

الإخطار واستلام الجائزة 6.

سيتم التواصل مع الفائزين عبر: 6.1

إشعار داخل التطبيق (ج)

يجب على الفائزين تأكيد قبول الجائزة خلال 10 أيام. 6.2

في حال عدم الرد، تُلغى الجائزة. 6.3

الشروط العامة 7.

تخضع الحملة لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. 7.1

يحتفظ راك بنك بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إنهاء الحملة في أي وقت. 7.2

المشاركة في الحملة تعني قبول هذه الشروط بالكامل. 7.3

تحديد المسؤولية 8.

لا يتحمل راك بنك المسؤولية عن: 8.1

الأعطال الفنية أو أخطاء النظام (أ)

أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إصابة تتعلق بالمشاركة أو الجوائز (ب)

بالمشاركة، يوافق المتسابقون على إبراء ذمة راك بنك من أي مسؤولية. 8.2

الخصوصية 9.

سيتم جمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية لغرض إدارة الحملة. 9.1

سيتم التعامل مع البيانات وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة براك بنك. 9.2

الاستبعاد 10.

يحتفظ راك بنك بالحق في استبعاد أي مشارك إذا: 10.1

شارك في نشاط احتيالي (ب)
